In
November 1999, The Market Company developed the Española
Way Weekend Festival in South Beach’s Historic Spanish
Village, built in 1925 as Miami Beach’s first entertainment
district. Artists, vendors and music on Friday and Saturday
evenings augment the historic character of Española
Way as a tourist destination and local shopping venue.
Arts and crafts vendors on Saturday and Sunday are an
incentive that increases visitors to the restaurants,
boutiques and galleries. Española Way is a major cultural
venue for South Beach.
This
multicultural market features a variety of wonderful
gifts: handcrafted jewelry, handmade clothing and shoes,
accessories, candles, pottery, fresh cut flowers, orchids,
and much more. Merchants and craftsman from over 20
countries create a charming ambiance and offer irresistible
merchandise, while delighted tourists and locals wander
the street.
If
you are interested in being a vendor or performer on
Española Way please contact The Market Company at 305-531-0038.
